Laidman Lake evacuation alert rescinded

The evacuation alert for the Laidman Lake wildfire about 95 kilometres south of Fraser Lake has been rescinded. 

It was issued on July 25th by the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako for following an evacuation order. 

According to the BC Wildfire Service, the blaze is being held at about 5,500 hectares.
